Our Commitment

New Realty Inc., doing business as Book More Showings ("BMS," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your right to control how and whether we contact you by telephone. We are committed to complying with applicable telemarketing and do-not-call laws, including, where applicable, the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), the rules of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) governing the National Do Not Call List (DNCL), and any other applicable federal, state, or provincial law. This policy describes how you can ask us to stop calling you and how we honor those requests.

Scope

This policy applies to all telemarketing and solicitation calls placed by or on behalf of BMS, including:

  • Live calls placed by our employees, contractors, and sales representatives;
  • Calls placed by third-party service providers acting on our behalf; and
  • Calls placed using automated dialing technology, pre-recorded or artificial-voice messages, and AI-assisted or AI-generated voice agents (including our Katherine AI platform) where such calls are made for or on behalf of BMS.

It does not limit calls that are exempt from do-not-call rules under applicable law, such as certain calls made with your prior express consent or in connection with an existing business relationship (see "Consent and Existing Business Relationship" below).

Our Internal Do Not Call List

We maintain an internal, company-specific do-not-call list. If you ask us not to call you, we will record your telephone number on this list and will not place telemarketing calls to that number, subject to the timeframes described below. We retain do-not-call requests for the period required by applicable law and honor them on an ongoing basis.

National Do Not Call Registries

In addition to our internal list, we honor the national do-not-call registries that apply to the jurisdictions in which we operate, including:

  • United States: the National Do Not Call Registry maintained by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (www.donotcall.gov); and
  • Canada: the National Do Not Call List administered under the authority of the CRTC (www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca).

Where required, we subscribe to and regularly update these registries and suppress registered numbers from our calling campaigns within the timeframes required by law.

How to Submit a Do Not Call Request

You may ask us to stop calling you at any time, using any of the following methods:

  • During a call: tell the representative (or the automated/AI voice agent) that you wish to be placed on our do-not-call list;
  • By email: admin@bookmoreshowings.com with the subject line "Do Not Call Request";
  • By phone: 780-233-7125; or
  • By mail or web: through the contact details listed at the end of this policy.

To help us process your request accurately, please provide the telephone number(s) you want added to our do-not-call list and, if known, the name associated with the number.

How Quickly We Honor Requests

We will honor your do-not-call request as soon as reasonably practicable, and in no event later than ten (10) business days from the date we receive it, or sooner where required by applicable law. Once your number is added to our internal do-not-call list, it remains on that list unless and until you provide us with renewed consent to be contacted. Please note that it may take a short period for your request to take effect across all of our systems and any campaigns already in progress.

Calling Hours

We restrict our telemarketing calls to the hours permitted by applicable law in the location of the person being called. Where the stricter standard applies, we do not place telemarketing calls before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. (local time of the called party), and we further observe any narrower windows or weekend and holiday restrictions required by federal, state, or provincial law.

Caller Identification

On telemarketing calls, we identify ourselves as Book More Showings (operated by New Realty Inc.), state the purpose of the call, and provide a telephone number or other means by which you can reach us or make a do-not-call request. We transmit accurate caller identification information and do not block or falsify caller ID.

Automated and AI-Assisted Calls

Some of our calls may be placed using automated dialing technology, pre-recorded or artificial-voice messages, or AI-assisted or AI-generated voice agents (including our Katherine AI platform). Where we place such calls, we do so only as permitted by applicable law and with any required prior consent. On these calls, we provide a clear means for you to make a do-not-call request, and any do-not-call request you make during an automated or AI-assisted call is recorded and honored on the same basis as a request made to a live representative.

Consent and Existing Business Relationship

Certain calls may be permitted under applicable law notwithstanding a national registry listing, including calls made with your prior express consent or, where the law allows, calls made in connection with an existing business relationship. If you ask us to stop calling you, we will honor that request even where such an exemption would otherwise apply, except to the limited extent the law requires or permits otherwise (for example, transactional or service messages relating to an active account).

Employee and Contractor Training

Personnel and contractors involved in placing calls on our behalf are informed of and trained on this policy, including how to record and honor do-not-call requests. Third parties that place calls on our behalf are required to comply with this policy and with applicable do-not-call laws.

Recordkeeping

We maintain records of do-not-call requests and our suppression of those numbers for at least the period required by applicable law. These records help us demonstrate compliance and ensure your request continues to be honored.

Availability and Updates to This Policy

This Do Not Call Policy is available on demand and is posted on our website. We may update it from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. The "Last Updated" date above indicates when this policy was most recently revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
