William Kabrall is the Founder of Book More Showings™ and one of the most revered marketing advisors to solo agents, team leaders, and broker/owners across Canada.
Kabrall brought his Qualifunnel™ marketing system into the real estate industry in 2018 and has shared it with hundreds of agents. This exact system generated him an impressive $1M in GCI within his first 34 months of being an agent with his business partner, Sagar Dasaur. Kabrall has spoken at notable events like the Edmonton Realtor Forum, and shared the stage with industry giants like Glenn Sanford.
Book More Showings was born after constant requests from agents who saw the system in action. In 2020, William and his business partner, Sagar, started their residential business and already had multiple deals within their first month. Agents around their office were asking, "How are you two doing this?!", and their reply was simply, "Facebook Ads".
Like anyone who gave up their job to go in real estate full-time, it wasn't easy. William and Sagar were busy growing their business, so they couldn't spend any time helping anyone else. After two years when the business became more streamlined and a team was formed, Sagar suggested to William, "Why don't you provide exactly what you gave me to other agents?". It wasn't until then we disrupted the industry by providing industry-leading direct response marketing to clients who saw amazing results.
Ever since then, we've been able to impact hundreds of agents and ultimately thousands of consumers.
Fast forward to 2023, and we publicly released the exact marketing system we used ourselves to generate $679,000 in GCI within the first two years of our business.
Within months, we had over 25 active clients across Canada. We were building marketing funnels in French for our Québec clients and William was standing in rooms coaching as many as 82 agents at time for different brokerages in Edmonton.
It didn't take long for the word to spread and Book More Showings has grown past 75 clients and continues to provide industry leading marketing, systems, and training -- all in our mission to revolutionize real-estate education and reduce the industry churn rate.
